Booking Process

Simple Booking & Payment Process for Private Events

 For events where one person or group is collecting payment:

  1. Submit the Booking Inquiry form or email embroiderybabes@gmail.com and we will reach out to you to coordinate and customize event details (date, location, etc.) 

  2. Secure your date with a $100 refundable deposit. (Refundable up to 7 days prior to the event). 

  3. 50% of payment and final headcount required 72 hours prior to the event (Cancellations under 72 hours, payment will become a credit to be used towards another event or to use at Embroiderybabes.com.)

  4. Have an amazing event (Balance is due at the event)

For events where Embroidery Babes is collecting individual payments:

  1. Submit the Booking Inquiry form or email embroiderybabes@gmail.com and we will reach out to you to coordinate and customize event details (date, location, etc.) 

  2. Secure your date with a $100 refundable deposit. (Refundable up to 7 days prior to the event). 

  3. We will send a registration/payment link for attendees to reserve their seat

  4. Full refund available 72 hours prior to the  event (Cancellations under 72 hours, payment will become a credit to be used towards another event or to use at Embroiderybabes.com).
