I hosted a "Kvetch & Stitch" event at my synagogue recently and it was fantastic! Not only did we learn a new skill, but we all had fun while doing it! Michelle is very friendly and knowledgeable and makes sure everyone has a great time. Her assistant, Liz, was also extremely helpful. The two of them together made the event run very smoothly. Overall, it was a great success and I plan to attend more of her embroidery events in the future!

Booking Process

Booking & Payment Process for Private Events

 For events where one person or group is collecting payment:

  1. Submit the Booking Inquiry form or email embroiderybabes@gmail.com and we will reach out to you to coordinate and customize event details (date, location, etc.) 

  2. Secure your event date with a $100 deposit refundable up to 30 days prior to the event. 

  3. Preliminary headcount due 7 days days prior to the event. Final headcount is due 48 hrs prior to the event. We will also bring additional embroidery kits in case of last minute sign-ups. For those who cancel within the 48 hour deadline, we will provide a take home embroidery kit with Youtube video instructions.

  4. Balance is due by check, credit card (3.5% fee) or Venmo at the event.

For events where Embroidery Babes is collecting individual payments:

  1. Submit the Booking Inquiry form or email embroiderybabes@gmail.com and we will reach out to you to coordinate and customize event details (date, location, etc.) 

  2. Secure your event date with a $100 deposit refundable up to 30 days prior to the event. 

    We will send a custom invitation with sign-up link with payment options.

  3. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the event will receive a credit towards a future event or to shop at embroiderybabes.com. Cancellations made 48 hours prior will receive a take home embroidery kit with Youtube instructions.
