Can you handle a large custom order?
We welcome inquiries for larger commissions, corporate gifts and group orders. Share your estimated quantity, item type, design ideas and deadline so we can review the scope. Every piece is stitched individually, so quantity and design detail help determine production timing and pricing.
How does live embroidery work?
We bring hand embroidery to your event and personalize items on-site while guests enjoy the experience. We’ll plan the items, design options and setup with you beforehand. Personalization capacity depends on the designs, event length and staffing, so we’ll recommend an approach that fits your plans.
What can you embroider? Can we provide our own items?
Clothing and accessories such as sweatshirts, denim jackets, tote bags and pouches. We can discuss working with items you provide or including items in your quote. Send photos or links so we can review the fabric and design possibilities before confirming.
Can you use our logo or a custom design?
Send us your artwork or inspiration. We’ll review the detail, size and fabric and recommend an approach that works well with hand embroidery.
Will every item in my order look identical?
Each piece will follow the agreed design, but items won’t be exact replicas. Because we stitch everything by hand, natural variations in lettering, stitches and placement are part of the finished work. You’re getting a collection made thoughtfully by hand, with a personal touch in every piece

Where do you travel for on-site embroidery?
We’re based in Bergen County, NJ, and travel throughout New Jersey, NYC, Rockland County, Westchester and Long Island, with additional travel available by arrangement. Travel fees may apply.
How much does it cost?
Each project is quoted individually. Custom-order pricing depends on quantity, items and design complexity. Live embroidery pricing also considers event length, staffing, location and the personalization offered. Share your plans for a custom quote.
