After years of running Embroidery Babes, founder Michelle Fleischer had plenty of wins to celebrate, lessons learned, and let's be real, a LOT to vent about. So she created Vent & Venture, a networking community for female entrepreneurs, small business owners, and women navigating the ups and downs of running the world.

Just honest conversations, shared experiences, plenty of laughs, and genuine connections with women who get it.

Come as you are. Bring your wins, your vents, and your unfiltered self.
