During the event, attendees will be taught basic embroidery techniques. I understand that embroidery includes the use of tools including needles, thread, scissors, and glue. These activities include risks that can cause or lead to injury. I grant permission for my child to use tools and equipment. I agree to release and hold harmless Michelle Fleischer, Embroidery Babes LLC and all assistants from any and all claims or liability related to any accident that may arise as a result of my and/or my child’s participation in this workshop.
